Refund Policy
At ClickNock, we strive to deliver the best quality products and services to our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
1. Perishable Items (Fresh Produce, Dairy, Meat, etc.)
Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not offer refunds on these items unless:
The product is spoiled or damaged upon delivery.
The wrong item was delivered.
If you have an issue with a perishable product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and provide a photo of the issue. Refunds or replacements will be processed accordingly.
2. Non-Perishable Items (Canned Goods, Packaged Foods, etc.)
For non-perishable items, you are eligible for a refund or exchange if:
The item is damaged or faulty upon delivery.
The item was delivered incorrectly.
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order for any issues. Items must be unused and in their original packaging for a refund or exchange to be processed.
3. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
For exchanges, we will dispatch the replacement product as soon as possible.
If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
4. Canceling an Order
You can cancel an order for non-perishable items anytime before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. Perishable items cannot be canceled once packed for delivery due to their nature.
5. Delivery Errors
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please notify us immediately, and we will arrange for the correct items to be delivered as quickly as possible.
